The houses are located in several rows in such a way that nothing blocks the sea view: the windows of the houses in the upper row do not face the windows of the houses below, but towards the sea, due to the arrangement of the buildings in a checkerboard-like pattern.
Dictated by the complex terrain, the master plan for a villa community in Sochi unfolds in a spiral pattern, from the center to the perimeter.
